Enforcement & By-Law Services - Report of Parking Offence on Private Property
City of Brampton Enforcement Officers do not respond to requests for enforcement of unauthorized parking on private property.
Exceptions:
There are only three offences that an Enforcement Officer will attend for on private property:
- Designated Fire Route
- Accessible space without a permit
- Obstructing access aisle
- Condo, townhouse or apartment complex
- Mall
- Plaza
- Schools
- Places of Worship
