Enforcement & By-Law Services – Mobile Signs
The City of Brampton has By-Laws which govern over the placement of all signs within the City. Mobile signs are also included.
Mobile Sign requirements:
- A permit sticker
- Should be 150 feet apart
Mobile Sign restrictions:
- Are NOT permitted on City property
- May not have slanderous or inappropriate wording
- Not allowed to flash
- No colour allowed – can only be black and white
- Have height restriction guidelines
- Cannot block sightlines
Mobile signs which do not follow the City By-Laws are removed by the City.
