Enforcement & By-Law Services - Overweight/Oversize Vehicles Driving on Streets Where Prohibited
Within the City of Brampton there are specific streets as well as portions of the street with restrictions regarding heavy, oversized, and overweight trucks.
In the City heavy vehicles may be prohibited during specific times or at all times.
This section of the By-Law is enforced by the Peel Regional Police. Our By-Law and Enforcement Services Division does not enforce this by-law.
