All mobile businesses which are operating within the City limits require a specific operator’s licence to work within the City of Brampton.
The vehicles which require a mobile license include, but are not limited to:

Refreshment Vehicles

Driving School

Taxi

Limousine
If you are requesting information about or confirmation of a specific operator’s mobile license, you must speak with an Enforcement Clerk from Licensing Enforcement during regular business hours. An Enforcement Clerk can be reached through 905-458-3424 or 311 within Brampton.
If the requested information is relating to a specific incident, the inquiry may be submitted in writing to the Licensing Enforcement Manager.
