Mobile Licensing – Report of Unlicensed Contractor
Licenses are issued by the City Clerk’s Office to any contractors undertaking the following types of contractor work:
- Building renovations
- Drain laying
- Driveway paving
- Fence installation
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Plumbing
- Pool installations

Mobile Licensing will respond to reports of:
- Work being completed without a license
- Work being completed that is outside the scope of the license
- The contractor failed to present an itemized bill
