Enforcement & By-Law Services - Ice Cream Truck on City Street
Ice cream trucks are NOT licensed to sell on any City streets because they create an unsafe situation for children.
- Municipal By-law Enforcement Officers and Licensing Enforcement Officers actively patrol and lay charges against Ice Cream truck owners and vendors when necessary.
- Officers will not chase a truck that speeds away as it is too dangerous for those purchasing from the truck.
