Enforcement & By-Law Services - Ticketed Stolen Vehicle
If a vehicle is stolen and receives a ticket, the vehicle owner is not responsible for those infractions.
To dispute a ticket issued to a stolen vehicle, you must attend the POA Court in person and bring:
- Copy of the police report or occurrence number
- Copy of Notice of Impending Conviction (NIC), if applicable
