Enforcement & By-Law Services - Snow Thrown on Road
Snow that has been thrown, shoveled or plowed onto the City roadway is considered illegal dumping. When clearing driveways or sidewalks residents may use the boulevard and their property to store the snow.
By-Law and Enforcement Services will investigate reports of illegal dumping. If the dumping cannot be witnessed by the Enforcement officer attending, a witness is required.
