Enforcement & By-Law Services - Report Sports/Play Equipment Left on a City Street
The City of Brampton does not permit Sports/Play equipment on City Property that is unattended or not in use.
If unattended sports/play equipment is reported an Enforcement Officer will attach a sticker on the equipment giving the owner time to remove it from city property.
Equipment left on the road will be moved to the boulevard by an Enforcement Officer, or Roads Maintenance and Operations will assist in moving the equipment if it is too heavy.
An officer will re-inspect the following day, if the equipment is still there it will be removed and disposed of.
If you have an urgent request or require further assistance, please contact 311 within Brampton or 905-874-2000.
