Enforcement & By-Law Services - Request to Park on the Street Due to City Construction
The City of Brampton may conduct construction/repairs preventing access to your driveways and will advise through a Notice of Construction or Notice of Repair Letters. In these cases, you are not required to obtain a Parking Permit.
Residents with a Notice of Construction and/or Notice of Repair are exempt from the following offences for the period of time as outlined on the notice:
- Parking 2am to 6am
- Parking in excess of three (3) hours
All other offences will continue to be enforced.
